 The old or new series
« Thread Started on Apr 19, 2006, 2:39pm »

Which Dr.Who episode were better?
The old seasons or the new ones?

I think the old ones because they were original, the new ones are just bringing old enemies back.

I like the new ones better, probably because I like the 2 most recent Doctors #9 (Christopher Eccleston) and #10 (David Tennant). The only Doctor I liked from the "old" shows is #3 (Jon Pertwee).

I do think old characters are being revamped, but the visual effects are better - its quite funny watching the old series with their cardboard cut outs...lol
There have been so many episodes I suppose it is hard to come up with unique episodes that don't bare on past characters.
Looking forwards to christmas day and seeing what they have done with the Titanic.

I haven't seen the old ones (I hope I do some day) but the new ones are very cool :) Dr #9 was much better than #10

I share your opinion about #9 and #10. I like David Tennant, but I love Christopher Eccelston! ;D I can't wait until I can afford to buy Season 1!

I saw a couple of episodes of the old series - what a bore! The action went soooooooooo incredibly slow... I barely made it through the first story of 4 episodes.
